Participants' works were displayed across six locations in Chester, allowing different audiences to view them, encouraging people to explore Chester, and bringing audiences together from various places.

- Daily Mass is usually at 12.15, so the church will be open for 30 minutes before and after.
- Wed mornings from about 8.30 and afternoon 1.00 -3.00.
From July 2025, the online archive and gallery will be open after the festival concludes.
