1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This is our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use our website, for example by uploading content, entering a festival, or adding comments to a forum, it means that this policy applies to you and that you agree with it as part of our website Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We may change these terms at any time, so we expect you to check this page from time to time as the changes will be binding on you.

2.1 Break any laws or regulations of any jurisdiction.

2.2 Do anything unlawful or fraudulent, or which has an unlawful or fraudulent effect.

2.3 Harm or attempt to harm minors in any way.

2.4 Upload, use, or re-use any material that does not meet our Content Standards (Section 3).

2.5 Transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (spam).

2.6 Transmit any data or material that is harmful to software or hardware (for example, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or keystroke loggers).

2.7 Copy, duplicate, or re-sell any part of our site (unless expressly allowed under our Terms and Conditions).

2.8 Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of our site, equipment, network, or software.

2.9 Use any automated system (robots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the site or harvest content for any purpose, including the training of artificial intelligence (AI) models, without our express written permission.

3.1 These standards apply to all material you contribute to our site and to all interactive services. You must follow the spirit of these standards as well as the letter.

4.1 We may provide interactive services, such as chat rooms or bulletin boards. We will tell you clearly about the service and what form of moderation is used.

4.2 We are not required to moderate our interactive services. We expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our standards.

6.3 We exclude legal responsibility and costs for any actions we take to deal with your breach of this policy.

Chester photo festival

 

It was founded in September 2023 and is available to public from 1st May 2024.

The 1st edition of the annual Chester Photo Festival is expected to take place in May 2025, after one year of work.
